There are so many ways for them to track you, your browser will betray you in some way, it's almost impossible not to. Even if you turn almost every tracking tech off, the fact that you turned them off also makes you stand out.

Websites can see your OS, your font list, which is sometimes fairly unique, screen resolution, canvas data, countless other things.

EFF has a site https://coveryourtracks.eff.org/ that shows you everything a website can glean from your browser, and will show you how unique it is based on stats.

This stuff won't really matter, either we're going to have WW3 or the USA is just going to get incinerated. If the Internet is still usable here in the future you'll need your Extreme VAXX Pass Personal Digital ID just to access a group of whitelisted corporate/globohomo approved websites.

Every. Fucking. Time.

Oh look, a new more intricate way to ID a person without IP. VPN doesn't matter if the info is based on the device's chipset.

Thanks, future.

Everyone who uses a mobile device is giving FB and Google their device IMEI and probably the modem's info too.

facebook tracks you in really spooky ways, get banned and try make a new account that lasts more than a day

They have your IP, device IMEI and possibly info on the modem as well. Change one and the system lets you register new accounts.

its even deeper than that, i seen a video of a guy claiming even on new hardware and in a new state that he still got banned within hours of creating a new account.

Sounds like a fucking sperg retard. New location and hardware makes you essentially anonymous. He reused something. Could be his service provider, could be he used the same/similar screen name or just sent friend requests to all his old friends. Or shit posted in normie comments on right away. I want to see this video.

That shit is straight up on sci-fi levels now.

It's got to that point that you can't tell people because it just sounds so far fetched and unbelievable.

Yes, that little plane flying off in the distance IS reading the data as it's being written on your harddrive,

Yes, it's completely passive surveillance so NO, they don't require any warrants and your civil protections do not apply

Yes, this is a neural net server farm, running an emergent ai that's visually tracking every single human on earth in real time - it's only limitation being human ability to use the data (which is only a question of resources)

I could go on...

Remember every motor is a generator

Every FM radio you switch on to 'hide your conversation' is also transmitting your conversation on FM to anyone with the right equipment.

Don't even get me started to the online fuckery they can do

when things like this pop up, replace "you" with "some pedo" or "corrupt official". Then it suddenly becomes "yes please, bring it on!" or "it will never happen".

If i'm not mistaken your ethernet mac address which is unique for every single ethernet device is included in all the IP packets you send out.

[ - ] allahead 2 points 3.3 yearsFeb 1, 2022 02:59:01 ago (+2/-0)

Hardware MAC is only used for local communication between you and the next hardware device in the chain. It doesn't pass your personal router, or the first router (layer 3 device) that the packet encounters.

Your phone's IMEI on the other hand...

[ - ] bobdole9 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 31, 2022 23:43:59 ago (+0/-0)

I think the takeaway is it doesn't matter...its a new way to ID by a device's hardware.
