Russia is too nice for even letting them have it at this point.

But internal sales only won't really support the Russian fuel industry.

It would be a nice show of force to just turn off the taps every once in a while though.

at the current prices Russia is making more than enough. They do not rely on "internal sales," they have customers all over the world, not the least of which is China. The United States is even a major buyer of Russian petroleum and products.
