How do you spam bomb someone's email inbox?

Today we had this post about a black PHD sheboon who got a normal white man fired for not say "Dr" to the sheboon.

Back in the old days of Voat, I remember seeing something about a site that allows you to enter an email for spam bombing purposes. In other words, to flood someone's inbox with spam, you could go to this site and simply enter in the email. Well I can't find this any more. So how would one go about spam bombing someone's inbox?

Does a similar type of service exist for phone numbers?

Asking for a friend of course.
