This memo is referring to the Pfizer mRNA shot for 12+ year old children. This is the pediatric dose.

The shelf life is extended 90 days, which is very common during a drugs development.

I am not advocating the shot. Profligating misinformation makes antivaxers appear retarded.

Normally under 18s are covered by peadiatrics, but 12+ year olds are given the same as adults IIRC. 5-12 years is the same formulation they just dilute it.
