One glass of wine after a hard day of work is excellent. Drinking enough to lubricate the cogs of social relations without losing your thoughts is good. Drinking in festive occasions without getting drunk is okay.

Drinking for the sake of drinking is bad. Drinking to drown your sorrows is awful.

As others said, it can be everything.

Ive argued here before that Saccromyces as well as other organisms that produce addictive substances like cannibis, coca, etc can be thought of as parasites that zombify humans to take care of them and help them reproduce.

You could argue that anyone who sells these substances is also a parasite. Producing alcohol, heroin, cocaine, even caffeine creates no wealth— it just causes wealth to be redistributed to addictive drug dealers. Society as a whole is less productive, i.e. poorer.

The notion that “free will” and “self control” governs addictive behavior is ridiculous. Its not rational. Heroin is physically irresistable but somehow alcohol is a choice? Nonsense. Its the same principle.

There are more addictive substances and less addictive substances but they all hijack your biology including your “free will machine” i.e. the brain. There are some that are more vulnerable to addiction than others. That is GENETIC. Its a terrible shame to waste an otherwise useful white person by addicting it to these substances.

40% of chinks have a gene that makes them effectively immune to alcohol addiction. But not you goy. Blue eyed whites have an elevated susceptibility to alcoholism.
