Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain, says the digital-asset universe may actually benefit from the current retreat in coin prices that’s cast a chill on investors and is being referred to as another crypto winter.

“The people who are deep into crypto, and especially building things, a lot of them welcome a bear market,” Buterin said during an interview with Bloomberg.

“They welcome the bear market because when there are these long periods of prices moving up by huge amounts like it does -- it does obviously make a lot of people happy -- but it does also tend to invite a lot of very short-term speculative attention.”

This current cycle hasn't been natural. The literal kike at the SEC approved 5 futures etfs and zero spot etfs. They have been trying to suppress prices like mad but it doesn't work. Bitcoin keeps consolidating and going back up. They are buying on the sly while trying to scare markets.

Vitalik wants a market crash so people don't focus on the fact that Ethereum hasn't moved anywhere with scaling. It's very short sighted of him.

I yhink 4 year cycles as they were are over. We are just going to keep slowly moving up until people realize that US dollars are the scam and elite bankers are creating a metric shit ton buying up real assets. It also helps that they are literally taking your digital dollars now if you don't have the right political views.

Pretty much all the usual resources you could think of but I apply my own analysis and understanding of the world. I might be wrong, but I really don't think I am.

Spot etfs would allow more buying and create upward price pressure.

I think stonetoss did a cartoon about this. If you bought Bitcoin for $1, or $100, you're not really too butthurt about it going up and down from $10K. Ditto for whatever Ethereum's exchange rate is.

$10k lol? I think the absolute bottom of the recent dip was $35k.
