The "tank" was a Ukrainian armored missile carrier driven by a Ukrainian. The car was also Ukrainian and driven by an old Ukranian guy. The old guy lived it turned out. #3 on this list: https://files.catbox.moe/f1c0y1.jpg

What happened? Did the armored vehicle lose control, or did it try to block the car. I doubt it was aiming for the car, maybe trying to avoid collision with the car, but being many tons it was unable change course.

Going by the trackmarks it left, it was coming from the far right road, the ass end kicked out and it started going sideways, then it caught traction and went straight again. Maybe they drive on different sides of the road in Russia and Ukraine. I don't think you can make that tight of a turn with a tank at that speed without sliding, so probably not intentional.
