No one has been to the moon. You can't survive the bombardment of radiation once you're past the Van Allen belts. NASA has quietly confirmed that manned missions through space would be deadly and they don't have the shielding that would be necessary on any space ship. I'll help get you started. The best source for this is an incredibly detailed documentary called "What Happened on the Moon". Link below. It's over 3 1/2 hours long, and it's in several section, unfortunately they don't introduce a new section with titles before it segues into a new topic. If you last through it, it will tell you everything you need to know.
