It's legit. Politifact and Snopes and all say that it's completely fake news and only Hunter Biden was involved. If you actually dig in though, it seems legit.
- Hunter Biden got his kickbacks from Burisma. (And the laptop leaks went into detail.) Euromaidan ended in Feb 2014, and he started getting paid $1mil a year in May 2014 (and got his salary slashed when Trump won in 2016).
- Kerry's stepson, Chris Heinz did similar but wasn't retarded. He founded a company that was him, a college roommate, and Hunter Biden. That roommate joined Burisma's board slightly after Hunter did. Notably there's an email that got FOIA'd with him telling Kerry that, then shortly after his friend got on the board. Kerry later said he had no knowledge of Hunter Biden and Burisma. So, he was smart enough to funnel the kickbacks through companies instead of taking bribes directly Hunter style.
- Paul Pelosi was a board member for Viscoil and exec for the related NRGLab, and visited Ukraine for "youth soccer", because apparently he missed the memo that his company put out advertising material saying they were working in Ukraine.
- Romney I can't dig up anything specific, but 4/5 of his sons are in equity or asset management just like he worked in vulture capital, so it could be legit.
