I mean, I think it's actually pretty obvious, but I hadn't heard anyone specifically say that. I heard the Ukrainian national anthem on the radio twice yesterday for fucks sake...

Forget "muh Putin bad!" or "muh Putin good!", regardless...the way this is all being set up is: the country that, 2 years ago, it was shown facilitated the bribing of the people who, blatantly, DID NOT win the last election, is being invaded and that same ILLEGITIMATE administration is setting it up so that, if you don't agree with them, you're a traitor. Do I have that about right?

What are you going to do if, for whatever reason, our ILLEGITIMATE president delcares...idk...a draft?

Biden already said we wouldn't go to war with Russia over Ukraine. Putin calculated correctly. He won't attack NATO and the timing of this was essential because once Ukraine joined NATO his window would be closed. So all that's happened is a division in commerce between the old first and second world. Now China is the wildcard who is forced to choose sides. This puts them in an incredible bargaining position. If relations with China break down we will enter WW3 and you won't need to travel very far from home to fight. This is an all-or-none setup, so the draft will be nearly a moot point if and when it occurs.

Biden has said a lot of things that were lies though. I get the same feeling hearing "no boots in Ukraine" as I do hearing "two weeks to stop the virus."

But I agree, if it does go down the war will be everywhere. Not much need for a draft when there is fighting on my own soil. I wont be fighting for this country though.
