I came pretty close when they stole my car and all of the antique tools my grandfather gave me. If one of them had given me an excuse as I walked through their camps I likely would have started and not stopped until there was silence in all directions. What makes you think that these sorts of things get immediately reported, or even reported at all in many cases?

I mean, I'm sure cops would come around here if they heard that precious homeless were being bothered or inconvenienced in any way, but if we witness someone breaking into cars, or beating some chick, or whatever any random crime we might have called them about once upon a time always gets immediately ignored.
