NYC has always been a urban hellscape, even when it was predominantly White it was a den of corruption and crime. There is nothing redeemable about that shithole city. It deserves to die a brutal death, it certainly isn't worth saving in any form.
NYC was a shithole way before Italians started immigrating in mass. Look up Tammany Hall and Boss Tweed. Look up the the conflicts between American born protestants and Irish Catholic immigrants in the 1850's and 1860's. NYC has been a shithole since it was founded.
It was settled by the Dutch in the late 1600's and consolidated in 1898.
During the Revolutionary War both sides considered Manhattan to be a crime filled shithole. They only fought over it because it was a strategic seaport.
Radiation goes away sooner than you think, and the area really just needs to be cleared out. A few nukes would do that right quick. Allow a decade or two for nature to grow back and destroy a good portion of the rubble, and you have some new land to make into a nice place for Whites.
The problem is the same with AIDs money. It goes toward facilitating the problem so you actually get more of it the more you spend on solving it.
Way way way long ago I did some rough stats looking at which african countries put money into aids. While the trajectory of most countries was downward, the ones that spent the most per capita were either flat or only very slightly downward trending. Helping people survive aids just means you have more people with aids spreading aids. Helping the homeless just means making that life style viable and thus you end up with more homeless. That doesn't mean helping is worthless. You have to help them get out of being homeless and not help them be homeless.
