Fugly, identical ticky tacky houses all crammed in as close as possible for as much profit as possible with no regard to living conditions or aesthetics. I don't need to check, if the people who did this aren't technically jews they are jewish in spirit.

That house and land is with 40 million now though. I'd gladly move for that kind of money.

[ - ] Cunt [op] 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 20, 2022 22:04:03 ago (+0/-0)

I know right? Thing that pisses me off the most is they have that much space and they have just wasted it all on grass.

[ - ] UrCoolerOlderBrother 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 21, 2022 05:20:48 ago (+0/-0)

Well I think the idea was that the whole area would be grass around them. But it does seem weird that they own so much property in front of their house and none of it to the sides. It seems like a very narrow strip of land compared to its length.

The least affordable market is Hong Kong, with a median debt-to-income ratio of 23.2, followed by Sydney at 15.3, Vancouver at 13.3, San Jose at 12.6 and Melbourne at 12.1.

WTF? I've never heard this ratio before. But, damn. If I understand it correctly I'm at something like 1.1 to 1 because I have an ER bill I'm paying off.

[ - ] Cunt [op] 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 20, 2022 22:05:09 ago (+0/-0)

Whelp, at least we don't have ER bills.

That's 72 Hambledon Rd The Ponds, New South Wales. If your interested in looking around street view at the houses.

The houses don't seem that bad, in five to ten years most owners will have given them a new paint job and in 25 to 30 years all the roofs will have been replaced so it won't look like it does now from satellite imagining.

[ - ] Cunt [op] 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 20, 2022 22:13:37 ago (+0/-0)

In 25 - 30 years they will probably be condemned. Sure a lick of paint won't hurt but it won't change the ugly blocky design, and while you could stick on a nicer facade with a lot of money you are never getting a bigger block space or further away from the neighbours.

I haven't been in these houses and units, but I have been a houses and units and suburbs that look just the same, and they are just as soulless on the inside and incredibly cheaply built. Many owners discovers issues as soon as they move in, some just after the first big rain.

It is who you are not where you are .. here in Brisbane they wiped houses out no questions asked for a road widening project, the house in q was well back from the road while the only part of the acreage property that was in the way of it all, was one tiny corner that was swamp drainage anyway the landholder told them they could have for nothing.

She refused to leave her daughters carried her out of the house, a bailiff was stationed front and back, the 'dozer driver went thru the dwelling to make sure no one was inside then drove a Cat D6 straight thru.

Yeah I wouldn't want to live there anymore but I wouldn't sell it to the people that did that. Or rent it out to woolies and some other shops and get some passive income.

[ - ] AnmanIndustries 1 point 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 19:30:49 ago (+1/-0)

You say the people doing this as jewish or jew in spirit, but the people who work in these industries are other people. The people who buy and live in these houses are other people. The people around them who do nothing to stop it are the other people. The people in government, while overlorded by the jews, are other people. The people who voted them in, other people. The people who will do nothing about this problem? They certainly are not jewish.

[ - ] dalai_llama 1 point 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 20:23:23 ago (+1/-0)

The point is that all humans have a territorial and defensive approach to guarding ourselves and protecting our self interests. It was at one point the prerogative of a group of humans to safe guard each other's interests in order to insure their own. As social development moves forward we have concepts like the "social contract" introduced.

The problem is that there are many ways to exploit the social contract. The frustration with the jews is their mastery at finding these exploits. Once exploited, others follow suit as you have stated. Those that don't follow suit are isolated, ostracized, and slowly phased out. If you do not go along with the exploits, you are villified in all depictions. There is a natural selection that occurs.

I grew up on 5 acres. I remember the day my mom ran outside screaming at the top of her lungs at a bulldozer that was building a private road to subdivide the farmland behind their property like it was yesterday. She was like, “Get the FUCK off my property!” I was just a kid and I couldn’t understand why my mom was upset.
Luckily, everyone who lives by them has to have at least 3.5 acres and not many houses went up, but I certainly relate now.

[ - ] dalai_llama 5 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 19:13:13 ago (+5/-0)

The property slices through a huge block of the new development, abruptly turning through-roads into cul-de-sacs, with homes wedged up hard against the home's boundary fence.

The space between the high density homes and the Zammits property is identical in dimension to the space between each high density home plot but the author makes this boundry seem like it's more dramatic!

Hahahahaha this is fucking so retarded. I fucking hate every piece of "journalism" written. It is all fucking retarded kike garbage

[ - ] Cunt [op] 1 point 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 20:34:44 ago (+1/-0)

I laughed at that line. It's written like the high density housing was always there and the Zammits just came and plopped their grass in the middle. They were always cul-de-sacs, the only reason they look like a cut off normal road and are not rounded like a normal cul-de-sac is because they believe they will get the land eventually and make it into a through road.

And yeah the developers wedged the houses right up against the boundary because they don't care for outdoor living space. They are also wedged hard up against the individual unit's boundaries.

[ - ] natehiggers 8 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 18:29:11 ago (+8/-0)*

In the US the developer would just have the city/county use eminent domain to take the house unless the owner has the money for a long court battle.

[ - ] dalai_llama 13 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 19:22:54 ago (+13/-0)

Even if they did, there was already a case that went to the US Supreme Court that ended in a ruling declaring that the city and state government can condemn private citizens houses to make way for other private sector development like that for hotels and office buildings because of the "economic development" (i.e. tax revenue) that represents a "signifcant government interest."

Not sure what you're referring to but there was one case where he tried to use eminant domain to seize Vera Coking's boarding house that failed and was later purchased by Carl Icahn for less than half the price that Trump offered.

Those houses are contractually obligated to be filled with something like 15%-30% niggers. And all are under a HOA, meaning you have to pay homage/taxes to your country, state, county, city, and HOA faggots. While also dealing with infinity niggers that now infect the area.

Looking at the crammed buildings surrounding me is so depressing.

It is chinese developers. They love shoving as many people into small places as possible.

[ - ] Clubberlang 4 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 19:59:26 ago (+4/-0)

The houses look big from the outside but once you seen the inside the 700k price should be about 150k. For some reason they love walls in their houses so the inside looks like a maze of walls and makes the house feel half the size the outside looks like. Definitely not worth the money they try to rip you off for.

[ - ] UndercoverGoyim 5 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 20:42:32 ago (+5/-0)

Housing bubble in almost all Western countries is fueled by foreigners (mostly chinks) buying up property, retarded interest rates and government bureaucrats blocking new developments to fill their pockets. There is not a single million dollar house in America that should actually be worth one millions dollars in a normal world. Alas, we don't exactly live in the latter.

[ - ] dulcima 4 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 21:25:23 ago (+4/-0)

There are shitty tiny decrepit houses in Melbourne selling for well over a million dollars being bought up by chinks. The houses are knocked over and apartments built in its place. Properties with big back yards are in especial danger from avaricious chink developers.

There won't be a patch of grass or a tree standing by the time they're through. Our politicians call this progress and economic growth.

[ - ] UncleDoug 3 points 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 22:19:59 ago (+3/-0)

Last month the average house price was 1.2M, now its 1.6M. The prices are ridiculous and do not match the median income. At this point why not make it 10M for a dog kennel under a bridge?

[ - ] PygmyGoat 1 point 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 21:41:18 ago (+1/-0)

Almost all of that can be blamed on California, in the US. The people get way too much money for their houses and then move out of state and pay cash for other places, causing the prices to skyrocket.

[ - ] UndercoverGoyim 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 20, 2022 01:40:26 ago (+0/-0)

There was a massive housing bubble leading up to the 2008 crisis even before California housing started costing so much. While it plays a factor, it's far from the biggest one

[ - ] PygmyGoat 0 points 3.1 yearsMar 20, 2022 03:32:05 ago (+0/-0)

And now there’s a bigger bubble, one that is 10 times worse just waiting to pop, because they don’t give a shit.

[ - ] dulcima 1 point 3.1 yearsMar 19, 2022 21:22:35 ago (+1/-0)

As well as McMansions they're also building huge, no massive, apartments all over Melbourne. It's horrible, the place really is becoming a shithole.
