Yes, they have different cultures, but the only differences touched on are I'm terms of things like language, dress, food, arts, etc. Never differences in moral values, or in philosophical outlook.

The nonwhites who live around their own kind are more likely to manifest a conception of the world more in line with the psychological tendencies of their race, the more of the company they keep with others of their race, the more of their racial mindset will emerge.
