Blacks have more children. I don’t think it’s such a great thing since they do not give them the individual attention children need for development. Too high a testosterone level is also not great, contrary to what they want you to believe. Testosterone aromatises to oestrogen, having too much testosterone makes you impulsive and violent. And the aromatised oestrogen makes you a bitch.

You are reading it wrong. Blacks also have high estrogen levels (see their percentage of gays). Their high amount of kids is due to poor, next to non-existant impulse control with lack of foresight.

Whites tend to have less free testosterone, but on equal grounds they have more natural production, which means less estrogen to offset. Cold climates translate to higher loss of free test but more production. Evolution-wise, white men's diet and active foresight to not starve made testosterone a highly valuable resource that cannot be wasted, while blacks mature faster to produce offspring ASAP, to counterbalance their insanely high mortality rate.
