This article just blew past the main point why teachers are quitting. Critical Race Theory, apes with children, enduring assaults, insults and ridicule with no discipline available.

Teaching is a job for losers. The adage 'if you can't do, teach' is true. No one with any other options wants to teach children.

Who are losers? Progressives.

I can't say what the political affiliations of most of my teachers were because I grew up in a time when people didn't share personal shit to everyone, but I can say there were a few good male role models that were teaching. Not many, but a few.

I have a friend who wanted to teach history to high schoolers. He got burned out after a couple of years and never went back. Even back then they drove out white males from the system.

Those are the white males who are tolerated in any jobs these days. I got written up in several jobs for bullshit before I started working for myself. It's clear they were trying to make it as unpleasant as possible so I'd quit.

I wouldn't mind it, but I don't think it should be anyone's sole job. Teachers should be someone who works four-five days a week then runs a workshop for the kids one day a week teaching whatever they do or whatever their area of expertise is.

The problem is teachers are stretched thin so they have to do more than just teach. The pay isn't great so you get people that don't have many other options. People without a lot of options and don't aspire for more tend to be progressive. Progressives bring more niggers to class. Niggers ruin classrooms and equipment, frustrate teachers and nigger parents don't want to pay to make schools better. Whites see what's happening and give as little as possible while pulling their kids out of school. Schools get worse, teachers are stretched thinner and paid less and the cycle goes round.

My Mom was a teacher because it allowed her to basically take care of her own kids and have a job (and she likes kids). That was the primary demographic when I was a kid. She eventually retired from that but became a private tutor, which provides a more flexible schedule, pays just as much, and you don't have to teach little niglets.


The best teacher I had was a literal rocket scientist retired from NASA. IDK why he did it, but he was old and didn't put up with any shit.

My mom was a teacher and as a side job tried to teach niggers to read. She ended up catching a nigger that called out sick playing hooky. My mom was a fucking liberal cunt and even she said "They just don't want to learn"

My Mom said, almost literal quote "The only two kids who have stolen from me have been, unfortunately, black." Like it's unfortunate that niggers stole from her because it reinforces a stereotype. As a little kid I had a little seed of 'fuck niggers' inside me I hid because I knew my mother didn't like it but even so I remember thinking how blind she was. Niggers won't even get free reading lessons. They would rather stay dumb fucking monkeys.

Ideally, there would only be White schools in White areas. No multikulti, no "racism." But since we're being told to live with animals....
Realistically, it's been time to pull your child out of public school. Homeschool, Homeschool groups, online, charter school, etc. All are infinitely better options than sending your flesh and blood to fend for themselves in a child prison for 7 hours a day.

You may be annoyed, disappointed, or frustrated by the quality of your child’s teachers, but give credit where it’s due: They’re showing up. Until we show up and do better, we have no one else to blame for the state of our schools.
That's a shit argument. "They can do poorly because I'm not there teaching them."
The last year my son was in school (the coof homeschool start, 2020), the teacher told a kid (on remote learning in my son's class) to just "go back to bed" since he didn't have an answer to the teacher's question. He was constantly frustrated with students and had a pissy attitude for the first minute of class. There was also a music teacher that was just constantly upset and took it out on the kids. Some teachers are just shit.
I had initially thought the school was okay since it was in a 95%+ White neighborhood. Come to find out they participate in a bussing scheme, then the teacher incidents happened, so he didn't stay for long.
