He'd break them up and turn their former headquarters into a national park. Then he would seize 90% of the land in the USA and say anyone tougher than him could fight him over it, 1-on-1.

Not really. He heavily supported monpolies when it suited him, like the doctors' lobby against the fraternal societies.

You guys are way too rose tinted glasses about (((Rosenfeld))). He was the very beginning of the federal welfare state. He also broke up the independent and largely ethnically organised fraternal societies because they stood in the way of his melting pot vision.

As for blackrock and vanguard? His opinion on them would mostly depend on how closely they supported his idea of what america should be.
