I hike with my pup in the woods whenever it isn’t raining, lift weights and make a big veggie scramble for breakfast with sourdough toast. Nature/Strength/Homemade Food.

Recumbent is nice and easy for some exercise, especially if you are getting old and like to watch something while exercising.

If you're young, then sprint on it. Nine seconds on, three minutes rest. Make the work interval so furious on high resistance that you're glad for all three minutes rest. This pumps up testosterone.

Eat less, it's about the only way. Burning off calories is much much harder.

It's about calories, not the number of meals. If you are gaining weight, you are eating too much, period. Snacks, drinks, etc all count and all add up much faster than you think.

You don't need to go to any extreme on diet either. Just keep the sugar/salt low, eat your fatty meats and dairy/nuts, and put some vegetables on your plate. While keeping your calories about 200-400/day less than what you would eat to keep your target BMI.

I try to read a little more concerning my job each week. It's endless and while I'm not bad, I'd really like to say good but can't, I can always improve.

I try to be honest with people, always. That doesn't work so well because people want you to lie to them but I feel better knowing that they know where I stand with them. They know too, they just don't always like it.

I try not to harm others. In little ways each day, like when I drive, I try to be considerate or when I'm in public, courteous and patient even when I want to strangle the fuck out of a nigger.

I don't like people. People are assholes who always seem to be looking for a way to get ahead of you by dishonest means.
