While we're on the subject of supplementing, the rife machine can be used to stimulate different bodily functions and increase hormone levels. I often use a frequency set to raise my HGH levels because that seems to help my symptoms significantly and allows me to be more active and exercise etc even with lyme. Some people supplement HGH to build muscle and for its anti-aging effects. It takes about 9 minutes to supplement with a rife machine (3 minutes per frequency).

These workout posts are a delusional misnomer, if you don't eat 5lbs of protein a day x 5 days a week you won't build mass, unless you got mommy cooking for you or you're wealthy enough to have a maid/cook preparing food all day there isn't enough time in a day to work out religiously, unless that's all you want to do. Heat with wood and you'll work out constantly.
