Every year for 2 weeks or so you people complain. It's the only time it's important to you and then the rest of the year.........nothing. And then when it's time to vote you look at the ballot and say, "oh a new tax? well it taxes those people and not me and my family gets this if it passes."

Economic slavery.

At the very least get rid of all the rules and put in a flat tax. No bullshit rules for elites and business to get around. Businesses like H&R Block cost the country billions each year and add nothing productive to the economy

Flat tax won't solve anything because the sole purpose of taxation is enslavement and control. The government spends multiples more than it takes in with taxation. They literally create money from nothing. Hence, there is absolutely no need to tax citizens other than to control them.

Right. They could print all the money they need, but taxation gives fine-grained adjustment to influence people's actions (to reduce their tax).

Even if you put a flat tax on income they'd simply pay themselves less. Virtually everything they do is counted as a business expense and actually reduces their taxes (since it eats into taxable profits).
