Because she was a liar. She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer, she conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the Committee, and the rules of confidentiality.

The problem, of course, is that they're both liars. Proof is in the pudding - Clinton isn't in jail, and we have a pretend fake clown "President" after the globahomo used electronic voting theft, blatantly using a company name that's very dictionary definition defines said theft.

Both of them know there is no Constitution, and there are no rules. These are all arbitrary, interpretive (demonstrable on both fronts), and used principally as levers of control for the ignorant, low-IQ masses to continue to farm their productivity like cattle.
