What was the inappropriate comments? The story also linked to another story suggesting that Bill Murray was "inappropriate" with Lucy Lu but that was nothing but insults being thrown at her.

No one ever has a bad word to say about Bill Murray. Plus the article mentions that a scene in Charlie's Angels was reworked while Murray was away and he probably felt blindsided by not being involved. This sounds to me like Lucy Liu is just difficult to work with.
