The mortgage was then 25% forgiven for every child the couple had. Have 4 children and your house is paid off.
there was a public ceremony where women were awarded badges for having 4 or more children, but they say birthrate went down anyways. it's what happens when you give women money for no real reason. a possible flaw in the system
