I think it's coordination between China and Russia. The West is destroying itself over this and Ukraine; while costing Russia and China very little. In fact, China is seeing the benefit of cheaper energy and more cozy relations with Russia and India. Soon other nations are going to join the newly emerging global economic order with China/Russia at the center. Meanwhile, we are going to descend into chaos and violence. (That reminds me, I need to buy more seed potatoes.)
