Disney built an automaton resembling Julie Andrews that could jerk you off, tug your balls, and talk dirty. That was peak Disney. It’s in a warehouse in Culver City.

Andrew Ryan and Walt Disney look alike.

I've always imagined an undersea house/neighborhood could be doable.

Start with something like this:
https://hipehabitat.com/2011/10/04/geodesic-dome-with-solar-wind-geothermal-power/

use the dome part made of hollow pipes and fill those with liquid nitrogen. The supercooling of the nitrogen produces a very strong undersea "igloo".

Add a long stovepipe chimney to it - keep it at atmospheric pressure ( if the engineering stress analysis of the igloo supports it).

Freeze in a double hatch system to allow deliveries, etc.
