Not only is it only 50 employees collecting the data, it's 50 diversity hires collecting the data. An intentional slowdown of the process. Then if that doesn't do it, the lawyers, doctors, etc at the CDC will find any reason to have it be listed in the official stats.
But don't worry, US citizens will still be used as guinea pigs.
