This is by design. (((They))) don't want to actually get their own hands dirty prosecuting Whites for "domestic terrorism." What they want is for this narrative to sink into the heads of their golems. To make them 100% believe that "White = Terrorist" and that it's therefore acceptable to murder them at will (because you're preventing tErRoRiSm, goy). Then they can just quietly drop any charges that come up, or sacrifice a few token golems if it's enough of a high-profile case.
tl;dr - This has nothing to do with prosecution, and everything to do with normalizing the murder of Whites.
