Rule 1 a ninja survives: to be ninja is to be able to survive in any environment, a dead ninja is a useless ninja, and a liability to any of their brothers still active in the field.

Rule 2: a ninja improvises: to be ninja is to be able and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals, to find new ways of making use of anything, anyone, or any situation, to seek new perspectives by which to solve you problems and succeed in your mission.

Rule 3: a ninja is dishonorable: to be ninja is to forsake ones own conscience and sense of dignity, one must see the best way to achieve their goals and then take it, almost by reflex, one must become of no mind, you can do what it takes to win now, and hate yourself for what you had done later, the sacrifice of a ninja is their ability to love themselves.

Study the historical ninja arts, how they would use everything at their disposal, how they would make themselves as flexible as possible, how they would do whatever it took to win.

The ninja was not just a spy, thief, assassin, and saboteur, but also a survivalist, a monster, a prankster, and a triskster.

Psychological warfare was their strongest suit, be it to avoid identification and capture by hiding beneath suspicion or by concealing or disguising their presence, or to strike terror in the enemy heart and sow confusion in their minds, human psychology is always at the forefront of how ninja operate.

For example, the efficacy of preparation, you could set up multiple mannikins to make the enemy think that you are leading the into an ambush, or to make it so that they cannot tell you from the dolls, and you could hide by standing still.

A ninja resists mental influence, they can withstand torture by flooding their minds with nonsense, then tell believable lies that protects their brothers and aids their mission.
