OK this sounds good but how realistic is this?

I know the oil from Russia is a big deal esp for Germany. But aluminum and neon, is it really that big a deal?

Apparently Neon is a big deal as for one thing its used in many lasers used to produce semiconductors

I thought semiconductors mostly came from southeast Asia though?
