It is based on an earlier post where an ex congressman jew called up a mobster jew to attack 3,000 German Americans who supported Hitler. The attackers numbered 15. Sounds like a total made up story. Hitler was Time's 1938 man of the year. He wasn't an object of hate at that point because he was allied with the Soviet Union.
