Taco bell employees are so over the normal shit, this is going to shove them into hell. Occasionally I have gone through Taco bell and every time the employees are Dreading their job choice. They all look like indentured servants paying off debt. Not enough skills to get a real job, just lazy enough to take a job at Taco bell.

Their say is weighted by how much public voting stock they own, so the (((bankers))) and their (((investors))) decide the board's priorities in that case.

Very large publics may also issue private stock and|or non-voting, just to keep the fun going for everyone involved.

All this shit effectively dilutes to zero the voting power of a person who buys a piece of the company because he thinks its worth it.

(((Bankers))) and (((other private investors))) can still make money off of tanking a company, as a matter of course. They ALWAYS hedge their positions.

The (((private equity))) firms don't give a shit, either, because they're doing the same fucking thing.

The only smart play is to go in with a hedge/insurance strategy that you can live with, or don't go in at all.
