I can think of three instances of food in heaven.

There are fruit trees in Heaven according to Revelation 22:2.

Also Jesus said he would not drink wine until his kingdom is established at his second coming.

There will also be a wedding feast for the church as the bride and Jesus as the groom.

Your logic is flawed because it is based on this life. The next life is where the real action and living will be. So just because we will eat in heaven doesn't mean we will have to take a dump after. We will live forever so why would we necessarily have to use a toilet? I am curious about the leaves of the tree being used for healing.
