I'm trying to figure the situation.
Clearly that's a no walking sign, but it seems to push open one way ??
Where did he come from - stairs , a service room, a toilet ??.
Did he walk past the sign on the way to where he came from and didn't realise it wouldn't open on the way back through - like a turnstyle ?/. Was he taking a short cut (to the morgue) ?/.
Some many questions - i'd ask him, but i don't speak mumble crush.
