There are no good cops, no good soldiers either, and definitely no good spooks, if they were ever good, they wouldn't be in the professional which they are in now.

They are also prime targets because they are more accessible and available, especially when you account for the fact that they are walking among you living the lives of civilians when not on the job, and that they have friends, family, and businesses that they associate with, who are also very available.

Their jobs also provide less incentive to remain in their jobs when it gets tough, and even less incentive for a potential new recruit to join up with them once it gets clear that doing so is a ticket to a tour of hell.

Take a page out of both the cult of scientology and the guys who ultimately ruined their whole operation.

Naming and shaming is a good start, promote the shunning of anyone who works as an enforcer of government will, have people simply refuse to associate or Interact with them, expand this treatment of disassociation to their close personal relations, and see those ties get cut.

Expise their misdeeds publicly, if they've done nothing to earn them ire, make up stuff about them, there is so much disinformation out there now that any accusation will be difficult difficult defend against, and everyone hates cops right now, so everyone is willing to accept that a policeman had done bad things.

The idea is not merely to break down law and order, I'm no anarchist, the I is is when the police leave, there will be a demand for their services, which we will take the opportunity to provide in their place.

And when we are the ones laying down the law, it will be an easy move to replace their law with our own, bam! We got ourselves a government of our own.

Just like how antifa set up the Chaz, before running it into the ground with their ineptitude.

Also, we could expect the polive from outside our zone to immediately try to shut us down, so we will have to hold the ground against them, if we can beat them back long enough, then the territory is ours.

Also, it's not even any more moral than what I'm suggesting, there are no moral ways to fight a war. You will always end up harming innocent children with your actions, so the best you could do is to be as ruthless and brutally effective as possible, so as to achieve victory quickly and thereby keeping collateral damage to a minimum.
