I read this and I'm pretty experienced in housing laws and have no idea what any of this means. I think people just need to realize that when they buy houses made of paper mache and wood that all kinds of crap is going to grow in them and they need to know that and probably shouldn't be paying so much for houses made of that stuff. In the world is too litigious. Do better inspections be willing to do some work on your own house so you don't have to hire contractors for tens of thousands of dollars and change the building laws construction laws and permit laws to allow a little more flexibility and materials. The answer is not more people getting more money in lawsuits and attorneys getting more money and lawsuits. It's just not.
