They are actively fine tuning red flag laws to the point that simply owning a firearm is considered a red flag. The courts will allow them to seize your guns. No questions asked, no court of appeal, no way to challenge it. (Unless of course, just before they take them from you, you show them what they are used for…)

This is infuriating.. I've been trying to clear the air about this gun control bs for over a decade. No they are definitely not gonna take your guns! But they definitely want everyone to think that.
