I’ve got a 2,500 gallon tank. It’s cheaper to get the big one rather than always paying a truck to bring you more propane. I have to fill it about every 5 years. Propane has gone up quite a bit, this next refill in 2026 is going to hurt. If you can even get propane in Brandon’s future.

Just the movies. Most metal gas cylinders can take several rounds before rupturing and when they do rupture it’s more like a rocket than a big fiery boom. It’s still incredibly dangerous to be around though.
