RIGGED...JUST LIKE THE VOTE

I don't believe for one minute that anyone 'wins' the big money in any officially sanctioned lottery. The 'winners' are chosen and most of the winnings are laundered as payoffs and bribes.
We see the sob stories about how the lucky winners are broke in a couple years, but in reality they only got a small piece of it and the remainder became untraceable.

And they immediately want to fly back to Burundi... Only jews would sign off on letting these shitskins in.

Lotteries are theft. a scam.

Taxes?
...promise of big money so you pay your few dollars but your 'chance' of winning is astonomical. Wait you WON? UH OH, you owe the tax man. But wait a minute. This money came from everybody, so now the government now collects money from everyone. LOL. Easy peasy tax scam. You spend the money, tax again. hahah. This is extremely wasteful use of anyone's time. Stop being scammed.

Another explanation
A guy has a horse. He walks into town A and has a bright idea to raffle off the horse. He gathers the townfolk together and raffles it off, collecting $500 from all the raffle ticket sales. Later on he goes to the winner and talks with him. The winner has no where to actually keep the horse, so the guy says to him. I'll buy it from your for $100. The winner says wow ok, deal. The guy takes the horse and his $400 to town B and repeats. Now change out the horse with a set amount of cash.

will be interesting to see how they spend what's left after the predators and hustlers get done with them.
