Why would a white nationalist shoot up a grocery store, and not a police station? The cops are far more of a threat and it'd do a lot more to promote the ideology in taking on actual enforcers of the system, rather than common folk who have little institutional power.

That our cheif enemy is the establishment, the government in particular, and the rank and file enemy we must fight against are cops and other such people. People with a real role inside the government institutions, not random blacks, jews, or muslims.

They can't integrate into society, you can't kill them all because they are shapeshifters and you can never get them all, and if you get most the leftovers will be the worst and build back the population in secret. Giving them their own homeland didn't work. So yeah what's your suggestion?
I'm not sure how people can believe red states have the most murder rates when blue states are all about soft on crime, sanctuary cities, open borders, etc...
