That's not how it works retard. The father's testosterone levels are not a determining factor in sexual selection.
The sex of the child is solely determined by which sperm reaches the egg first, either one with an X chromosome or a Y chromosome.

The chromosome your sperm carries (X or Y) is the sole determining factor for sexual selection you nigger as women can only carry X chromosome.

How much or little androgenic hormone, testosterone they produce is not a determining factor.

The level of Testosterone you haven't doesn't affect whether you carry more sperm or less sperm with the Y-Chromosome.

And what effects DNA transcription in a biological organism?

Transcription is a completely different process and it relates to RNA and mRNA not DNA.

The only other way you can marginally alter sex determination in favour of one way or the other is through abuse of environmental influences like phytoestrogens.

The level of female Oestrogen or male Testosterone are NOT determining factors in sexual slection.
