I thought the artcile was pretty good. The lawyer for the Freedom From Religion foundation is an acerbic shrew, but that's only half the story.
There isn't a lot to say for Kennedy because his case is obvious. He is trying to pray on his own at a football game organized by a public school. You don"t have to twist yourself in knots to make the argument for that. You have to to make an argument against it -- hence the appeals to diversity and for abortion and for religious liberty itself.
