As soon as the lease was up I moved out of the neighborhood. I tried to detonate a small tactical nuke as I left, but the fucking Libyans sold me low-yield uranium. Some bullshit about a "mad scientist" using the good stuff for a "time machine". Yeah, right. I'm sure what really happened is that the niggers stole the uranium, raped it, and then bragged to each other about "Muh glowing dik."
The funniest shit I've seen was a series of contracts I worked to de-section 8 an apartment building. The place was a rundown shithole infested with niggers and nigger drug dealers. I was legit unwilling to get out of my truck at first, because there were just crowds of nogs mingling around the main office. Like I was going to walk up there carrying computers and whatever the hell else I needed, which probably looked like candy to them. Eventually security cleared the way for me, shooing those bums off like the garbage they are. I found the whole place was infested with roaches. I did not want to set a bag down, in fact this was the job where I developed what I call "bin bag protocol" where I store my gearbags inside double layer trash bags to avoid bringing home any unwanted guests.
Speaking of unwanted guests, I have not yet mentioned the tenants. These are "people" with subsidized rent, where they pay only a very very small part of it, usually less than $50 a month. Despite this fact, you would not believe the song and dance every nigger goes through each month to pay that money as late as possible, if at all. There was just a fucking line of them out the office door, each with his own made up sob story. First thing new management did (after firing all the old staff) was lock that door an put an intercom up. Niggers would arrive, shout into the box and eventually fuck off. They were told that payments would only be accepted online now. Many a nig balked at this, because where were they supposed to get a computer? Asked the nigger holding a free Obamaphone with full data on the taxpayer dole. Tough rocks, said the new management. The niggers were told changes were being made to the facility.
Those changes included a full renovation, but like what many posts in this thread detail, you can't renovate with Section 8 nogs living in there. The niggers were told they could serve out their existing leases (these only run about a year) but after that the rent would go up to $1500 a month. Out of the bracket of Section 8 affordability that would let them live there for nearly free. Any changes made to the units would mean a renegotiation of the lease and price increase to $1500. This knocked out the bargaining chip so many of them had tried to use to avoid paying their share of the rent. "Heat won't work, toilet won't flush" etc so they shouldn't have to pay. We'll be glad to fix your toilet, said the new management, just step this way to renegotiate the terms of your lease to the point you can't afford it and then fuck off.

I was mounting a TV when I overheard the janitor clueing in a pair of cops on the various buildings where he suspected drug trafficking to occur. Suddenly it made sense to me why they had kept the old "community center manager" on the payroll. She was fully aware of all illegal activity and would be an easy source to lean on. Soon the drug dealers would be gone, replaced by other drug dealers who can afford to pay police protection.
Holy shit. We're subsidizing these biohazards--essentially cultivating them via government tax and spend programs. Subsidies are incentives and whatever you subsidize/incentivize, you get more of. This is just what the West needs--more houses filled with literal shit, mice and water damage.
I actually knew a guy in Cleveland who owned like 10 houses on a street and a couple of quad-plexes in Niggerton Villas and worked Section 8 almost exclusively. He had a couple of houses in suburbia but 90% of his income was Section 8. He said the key to it was owning the section 8 housing outright and having insurance on the properties. So if..err...when a nigger tenant burned it down or the cops raided it for drugs he could get full value back. If you own a property outright you get a check but if are making payments the insurance company will fuck around.
He told me he biggest problem is he was amazed how many niggers could not read or write so he had to print up a piece of paper showing what combination of dollar denominations added up to the rent. He also had to make sure a family member or friend was there to explain to the tenant what he or she was signing. As for rent collection, he or one of his employees collected it directly from the tenant the day it was due. Most of them did not have a bank account nor understood how to mail a money order or how to even get a money order.
It's the same with the shitskin refugees here in Germany. You rent the appartement to the city for three times the normal price because both parties know everything inside is going to be destroyed.
I hired a company to manage my property who rented to a nog once. It was a furnished property. Eight months later, evicted for not paying rent, they destroyed the fridge, washing machine, garbage disposal, 2 doors, and stole all the furniture.
Except you're not really "making" money from niggers with this, you're literally taking tax dollars from tax payers, after the (((bureaucracy))) gets their 50-75% cut.

Sounds advice and very truthful. I've renovated 3 houses now because of various enriched and inclusive tennants that either left the place in disarray or left without notice and decided to stop paying rent.
