Nah, this one's legit algorithm and data flooding due to popularity. It was in place even when altavista was still a thing. If you do a search for "Midsommar -movie", you get what you expect which means it is popularity ranking for a 2019 movie because more people are talking about it than an obscure reference.

You miss the point. The kikes made the Midsommar titled movie specifically to cover and negatively color the concept and the word. The kike subversion is at least a layer higher than simple search engine fuckery, but might include that as well.
