I guess that's the point but I think the price decline really is a natural relaxation of the over speculation and hoarding it took place during the scarcities of the pandemic peak.
If they mean demand is fallen they should just say demand is fallen and state the numbers.

The price rose from $2/lb to almost $5/lb during the pandemic.... but now is on the way down - and OH NOESSSSSSSS - the humanity!!!
Two years ago, everyone was happy with the profit at $2/lb, but now they can't stand the idea of only $4/lb copper...
