Do those fucking idiots realize that it has been a desert for millions of years? The climate didn't fucking change. Who would have ever suspected that if you built a lake in the driest part of the country, then tried to use the water to supply millions of people, that eventually you would get so many people that you take out way more water than gets replaced?
I'd laugh at the stupidity and mismanagement of it all, if it weren't for some good people also getting fucked over by it.
