Need advice: Pajeets forced upon us

My manger has been instructed that we will be given a number of pajeets to be instructed to do whatever simple tasks we want. (Ha ha jokes aside) the catch is that they will not always be the same folks so the instructions must be simple busy-work. Monitoring logs or simple fixes (If problem A then implement Fix B). Anything dead ass simple like this has been automated away long long ago. My manager is happy to have extra free workers but cannot fathom any work that could possibly be suitable.

We cannot Not accept them. Having no possible work for them to do was communicated up the chain and request-denied right back down the chain.

The company is a large publicly traded company. I can record this failure as it happens. Is there anything I can do? Name names? Tell stock holders? What and how?

The managers know the "simple tasks" are automated. They are injecting these new workers to learn everything you know, then you will get laid off down the road. I am sure the board already knows the plan, so be careful if you complain to them as you might get fired sooner, before you have a chance to find a replacement position. the major shareholders are usually members of the board, so no real help there. legally, there is nothing you can do, as it is legal for them to hire/fire anyone. quietly teach them all the wrong things, then move on to another job.

Definitely tell shareholders. They are the company's real owners and deserve to know anything.

Start applying elsewhere. Don't reward retarded companies with access to your labor. Obviously don't quit and end up jobless, but throw your resume out there.

BoD run a business for the shareholders or are the shareholders themselves in smaller companies.

Telling them they're their money is being pissed away, when the only thing they care about is bottom dollar, is likely to get them to act.

Perhaps some insight into the company would be helpful.

Do not train correctly. Give out all wrong info. Document every minute and keep a hard copy of it. You will need this for a wrongful termination down the road.

Step 1: Find something important but reasonably simple. Something that will cause some problems if fucked up, but not a huge deal to fix if you know what you are doing.
Step 2: Give them instructions on how to do it like you would a normal adult and then go tell them to do it.
Step 3: Watch them fuck it up.
Step 4: Make sure their fuck up is well documented and visible to your higher-ups.
Step 5: Repeat as necessary. If the decision makers at the company don't figure it out, they deserve what they get.

There are two concepts everyone in a similar situation should become familiar with: Malicious Compliance and Playing Dumb.

Both of these tactics involve pretending to take things at completely face value, pretending that they are not anti white, and creating a situation where they backfire.

For example playing dumb involves responding to someone who talks about white privilege by calling them an anti-semite because jews are white and the most privileged people. You intentionally ignore the fact that everyone knows white excludes jews...force them to explain why it does.

Malicious compliance, by example, would be flooding a "report racism" system with reports of niggers saying "cracker" and complaining about whitey. Again pretend you don't know it's only targeted at whites.

In OP's instance you'd want to disregard the lowered expectations of the pajeets. Constantly send reports the go like "I spent 8hrs trying to explain the backup system to Patel. I could have completed the task in 1 hr. Task is still unfinished. Would you like me to continue training to just do his work for him?" Always giving Patel jobs that are too complicated for him, then if they ever give in and let you do it, demand that they pay you more since you're doing patels job. Never let on that you know better, just act completely naive as if it's totally normal to expect to be paid for his work if you're doing it for him. And always act as if Patel is 100% as capable as any white man, then when he fails act as if you've been totally blindsided by his incompetence.

Hire a bunch of extra people at shit wages. Wait a few months. Then layoff as many people as they want keeping the ones with the shit wages. - That's what is happening.

What to do - Email the board from an email address that can't be traced back to you. Tell them that all the original workers understand what is being done, lawyers have been contacted, everything is being documented, and if they continue the workers and lawyers will destroy the company.

Tell them that all emails, all correspondences about the new employees not being needed, and those new employees being under skilled (and therefore cheaper to pay), has been documented and sent to the lawyers, and will continue to be documented.

They have one week to undo this, or clients will be notified that the company is a sinking ship that's about to be tied up in court cases. And that it's in the client's best interests to take their business elsewhere to avoid being associated with the coming litigations.

Even if you're leaving, there a probably a lot of good people working there who don't deserve to get screwed over. So do this, even if you're leaving.

Same thing happened at Disney and Verizon when Obama was in office. Disney employees had to knowingly train their replacements and it made the news. I was at Verizon when this happened. Heck even my manager was replaced by a pajeet and she was there 30 years. Because of our "manager" level, Verizon gave us severance pay, so there was that.

Maintain good documentation of all the fuck ups with names and manager approvals. I would try and find a trusted contact in the shareholders group to give the information too. Just make sure you don't own any stock. That way you are a whistleblower and not an inside trader. Not even in the 401k. Make sure whatever you're invested in does not have the company stock in it. The company will lash out if you are discovered and will contact the SEC and those fuckers don't care about do gooders.
