They do one now where they basically cut off the bottom part of your stomach that creates the hunger hormone. I think if you get fat after that it's probably due to shitty habits.

They don't really do bypass any more. They mostly do banding. And yeah most people's stomachs expand back after some time, and they get fat again.

Either way I can't imagine it. I feel awful when I add on a few % of body fat. How can you exist this way?
