Single sex means two separate facilities . One for men and one for women.

The opposite of what it sounds like.

In other words going back to sanity after unisex toilets were done to accommodate trannies.

When I was in the Army (aka school cadets) the toilets at the military barracks had no doors. Bit unnerving to be seated across from a class mate and crapping. I didn't take to military life.
