If it's genetic, we can fix it only with eugenics, controlling which genes make it to the next generation.
Also, what's the point in proving this if you're hellbent on denying the evidence?
Would you actually be willing to accept evidence of a predominant genetic factor for cognitive performance?
Tell you what vaush, you tell me what you think would constitute proof of the idea that the gaps in black performance are the result of genetic differences?
Because demanding proof is unscientific, proof can only exist in logic based fields like mathematics, in science there is no proof, only falsification and verification of proposed explanations.
Here's what we can do, we can ignore race, so as to be charitable to the claims of race as not being a valid categorization, then we can look at the specific genes and their impact on things like cognitive ability and personality traits, from there we can look at samples based on self identified race, we could play a guessing game to see if one can predict race from genes, or genes from race. Then we can look at the genes themselves and see which ones have an impact on personality or cognition, and see which type of genes is more concentrated among each race.
Or we could just have someone like vaush try and design an experiment for us, and carry that experiment out.
