Minor is now fighting to be moved back to a women’s prison, as they are currently being housed with minor boys.

I want to know who ultimately signed off on this policy. I have to assume it was Gov Phil Murphy, who is a living piece of shit, but I just think we deserve to know who actuall signed the piece of paper that put violent male criminals in with women who are totally defenseless.
